Mission
We help community-based and statewide organizations develop programs and projects to purposefully and effectively reach African-American, Black people and their communities through strong leadership and bold organizing for social justice and equity.

We want to help you build your organization's capacity to better serve the people by making a connection with them, to strengthen and sustain communities, to support individuals, small-to-large grassroots focused, and faith-based organizations.

Develop culturally aware and responsive organizations nationally to better serve local African American/Black communities

Engage and educate organizations’ staff, Board, and community members (volunteers) to adequately serve African American/Black communities.
